Ms. Demetriades has joined Demetrios A. Demetriades LLC Law Firm in 2002. She is currently a Director of the firm and Head of the Corporate Department, as well as a Compliance Officer.

 

From the moment Ms Demetriades has joined the Law Firm she has been exclusively practicing Company and Commercial Law, gaining substantial experience from all angles of this area of practice. 

 

She is regularly involved among others in legal due diligences, legal opinions, the drafting and negotiations of shareholder’s agreements, share purchase agreements, security documents, escrow agreements, trust deeds and other Memorandum and Articles of Association matters.
